Morning Class
Our morning class meets M-F from 8:15 AM to 11:15 AM. Please drop your child off in the foyer of the school no later than 8:10 AM. We will begin our day by putting away backpacks and starting the morning routine. We will learn and sing songs about the days of the week, the months of the year, and so many more wonderful topics.
Afternoon Class
Our afternoon program meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On weeks where the school has scheduled off a Friday or Monday, the make-up day is typically Tuesday. Please refer to the calendar regarding make-up days. We will begin our afternoons by putting away backpacks and starting the daily routine. To begin, our routine will start with calendar time - learning the days of the week, months of the year, and weather.
A Typical Day in Pre-K
Each day in Pre-K we will focus on helping your child to become a well-rounded student. We will sing, dance, read, and learn. We will learn by listening, watching, and experimenting. My goal is to help your child develop a love for learning. It is also my goal to create a strong home-school connection. Parental involvement and parent volunteers are MORE than welcome in the classroom - it is highly encouraged! Working side-by-side with parents will encourage your child to become a lifelong learner.
